Entrance to ICBC Khorgos by Identity Card of the RK

Since the 1st of November 2016 the Border Guard Service of Kazakhstan National Security Committee allows Kazakhstan citizens to go to ICBC "Khorgos" by providing just KZ Identity Card (УД).

Also on ICBC "Khorgos" can be reached by using the passport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (diplomatic, official, Kazakhstan passport) or birth certificate of the Republic of Kazakhstan (with a parent).

Foreigners lawfully residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, may enter and leave the International Center for Cross-Border Cooperation "Khorgos" on the basis of valid documents for international travel.
